Role Overview Join us as a Field Service Technician at

stow Group . Our core activity is the development and manufacturing of high‑quality racking systems, mobile bases, and automated shuttles that enable our customers to achieve up to 70% more pallet storage than traditional racks. With over 40 years of experience, 9 manufacturing facilities, 19 commercial offices, and about 2000 employees, we serve customers in 40 countries.

Location Romeoville, United States

Responsibilities

Testing Stow’s shuttle systems and mobile racks.

Repairing Stow’s shuttle systems and mobile racks.

Supervising assembly teams during large mobile rack repairs.

Commissioning automated systems and providing customer training.

Performing preventive maintenance as outlined in service contracts.

Providing telephone support to end users and integrators.

Qualifications

Technical degree or equivalent experience.

Mechanics knowledge.

Electronics (AC/DC, motors 3‑phase and DC, reading E‑Plans/ electronic schemes).

Affinity with software is recommended.

Good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.

Computer skills: MS Office, Teams.

Open to occasional travel to Europe for training.

Willing and able to travel to project sites across the USA and Canada; average travel 90%.
