This Psychologist Supervisor is responsible for the overall administration of the Psychological Services Unit at Taycheedah Correctional Institution in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The role includes: Developing, administering, supervising, and coordinating all psychological services programs within the facility. Supervising Psychological Services Unit staff and providing direct services to persons in our care. Consulting with institution administration and staff and providing training for staff development. Administering the unit to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines and program standards. Managing an affirmative action plan and health and safety program within the assigned responsibility areas. Salary and Benefits
This position is paid on the pay schedule/range 81–02 with a starting salary between
$48.87 and $56.82 per hour . A two‑year career executive trial period is required. Additional Pay Add‑Ons: Doctorate of Psychology (or equivalent):
$6.00 per hour Permanent license to practice psychology:
$5.00 per hour Benefits include: At least 3.5 weeks of vacation to start, 9 paid holidays, and ample accrued sick time that rolls over each year.
