We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders and speech‑related difficulties in clients of all ages. This position involves developing individualized therapy plans and working collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language abilities Conduct swallowing evaluations and treatment, including videofluoroscopy Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings Implement therapy sessions using evidence‑based techniques and strategies Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate and train clients, families, and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued progress Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and progress tracking Job Requirements

Graduate of an approved school of Communication Disorders holding a Master’s Degree or higher Current CA SLP license. Recent board‑eligible graduates will be considered for provisional appointments. CFY candidates must apply at the conclusion of CFY (required for student supervision). Speech Language Pathologist: CA (SLP: CA) Basic Life Support – CPR (BLS‑CPR) Fire Safety card required. Must obtain within 90 days of start date Where You'll Work
