Masters Level Therapist
and care team provide services including low-dose medication management, Recovery Oriented Cognitive Therapy, Family Education, Case Management, Supported Education and Employment, and Peer Support. Service coordination is guided by the young person’s voice and choice. Our goal is to improve quality of life by empowering young people to guide their own treatment, educate them about psychosis, re-establish relationships, and reintegrate them into the community through school or work. This position will travel and work within Bucks and/or Chester Counties. Part-time up to 20 hours/week or full-time up to 40 hours/week.
Position Summary Provide direct services to individuals, families, and groups through an evidence-based Coordinated Specialty Care program, specifically CT-R.
Responsibilities
Provide direct services to individuals, families, and groups through an evidence-based Coordinated Specialty Care program, specifically CT-R.
Administer assessments for intake and outcome measures including Quality of Life, Cognitive Functioning, Differential Diagnosis, and functional assessments related to community integration.
Create, maintain, update and implement treatment and crisis plans according to the needs of the young people.
Provide psychoeducation to young people and their families related to psychosis in individual and/or group formats.
Coordinate care by collaborating with On My Way team members and multidisciplinary professionals to provide and facilitate care in accordance with policies and procedures, philosophy, and objectives of the program model and of Child and Family Focus.
Rotate weekly on-call availability to provide after-hours remote crisis support to young people on an as-needed basis.
Apply the five core values of Trauma-Informed Care in all work practices: Safety, Trustworthiness, Choice, Collaboration, and Empowerment.
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Human Service or related field including psychology, counseling or social work
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing CBT
Experience working with transition-aged youth (15-30)
Experience working with Schizophrenia Spectrum population
Crisis Management Experience

Compensation
$48-52K for full-time; $23-25/hour for part-time
