Hourly Salary Range: $21.46 – $30.71. The differential details follow.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Youth & Family Clinical Program Manager, provide recovery‑oriented case management services, skill building, and medication education.
Conduct routine psycho-social-emotional needs assessments and complete Person-Centered Recovery Plans.
Assist youth and their families with accessing community resources; provide rehabilitative services; initiate crisis intervention when needed.
Document all services in an electronic health record and collaborate with a multidisciplinary recovery team.
Promote recovery and wellness, community integration, independent living within the community, and improved quality of life.
Maintain a high level of detailed electronic documentation and adherence to company and state guidelines; a minimum of 55% of hours worked must be direct service.
Prioritize needs during crisis situations; engage in regular meetings and training opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a degree with at least 24 credits in a human services field.
Comprehensive knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment.
Valid Texas Driver's License and maintained approved drivers’ status.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human Services.
One year of experience providing wellness and recovery support services in mental health, substance use, and/or crisis intervention and screening.
Pursuit of clinical licensure in counseling, behavior analysis, family therapy, social work or a related field.
Advanced licensure and/or Licensure as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC).
Bilingual in ASL or Spanish.
Experience in providing concurrent documentation.
Compensation and Incentives
Base salary: $21.46 – $30.71 per hour.
Differential Details:
Up to $4.00/hour – Tenure with BTCS
$0.75/hour – Bilingual
$Up to 2.00/hour – prior experience in a similar role with a community center in Texas
$1.00/hour – Masters Degree in Human Services
$1.00/hour – Advanced Licensure
$.50/hour – LCDC Licensure
Eligibility for $200/month Service Delivery Incentive Award
