Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to collaborate with the programming, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CAD/CAM software, a deep understanding of machining processes, and the ability to optimize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders, water jet cutter, etc.).
Read and interpret technical drawings using GD&T principles.
Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds to improve efficiency.
Ensure the quality of machined components through inspections and measurements.
Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to enhance production processes.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
Act as subject matter expert for capital equipment and tooling projects.
Maintain safety standards and comply with company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field; equivalent working experience is acceptable (4 years).
Experience in CNC programming and operation (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.).
Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor).
Strong understanding of machining principles, materials, and tooling.
Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Knowledge of automation and CNC integration.
Experience with 3-axis machining.
Understanding Lean Manufacturing and process optimization.
