We are looking for an Electronic Test Technician to test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies down to the component level using meters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies. The role focuses on ensuring quality conformance of both electronic and mechanical assemblies.

Job Duties

Program board assemblies and execute functional tests.

Troubleshoot, repair failed board circuits and collect/submit data reports.

Participate in functional verification and acceptance of board/subassembly test fixtures.

Operate flying probe and AOI board verification instruments.

Recommend manufacturing test fixture improvements to drive yield improvement.

Identify & communicate negative yield and repair action trends requiring analysis.

Follow production material control and disposition methods, policies and practices.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Familiarity with electronic components (resistors, capacitors, diodes, inductors, transistors, ICs, etc.).

Ability to read schematics, follow procedures and apply computer skills to resolve technical problems.

Minimum 5 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic circuit boards.

Above‑average aptitude in reading schematics & troubleshooting analog, digital, power supply, and high‑voltage circuits.

Experience troubleshooting and repairing surface‑mounted and through‑hole technology board assemblies.

Skill in using test & measurement equipment (flying probe, power supplies, signal generators, multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).

Proficient hand‑tool use for board assembly and repair (soldering irons, solder extractors, heat guns, etc.).

Education

Associate degree in Electronics or at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
