The successful candidate will: Work on a diverse range of projects from concept design through all phases of project documentation and construction. Contribute to projects ranging in size from urban and rural multi-family, single-family, and mixed-use buildings to interior design and custom furniture. Qualifications
Extraordinarily conscientious, motivated, self-reliant, and a generous collaborator. Exceptional design and technical abilities. Deep knowledge of architectural ideas, building science, materials, and construction. Expert Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite skills. 5 to 10+ years full-time experience. Experienced in project management, consultant coordination, client communication, and construction administration. Experience in all phases of urban and rural single- and multi-family new construction buildings and interiors preferred. Experience with New York City building codes, zoning regulations, and construction preferred but not required. Authorized to work in the U.S.A. Current Projects
Custom high-end PHIUS single-family homes throughout the Northeastern US, South of France, and Mexico City. New and renovated multifamily buildings in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Boston. Large and small custom interiors and furnishings. How to Apply
