We’re a family-owned company in Chesapeake, VA looking for a skilled Diesel / Heavy Equipment Mechanic to keep our fleet and industrial machinery running strong — from refuse trucks to street sweepers and other heavy‑duty vehicles. What You’ll Do
Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components
Keep heavy‑duty trucks and industrial machinery running safely and efficiently
Troubleshoot and service refuse trucks, sweepers, and other fleet equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Work alongside a dependable, safety‑driven team that values your expertise
What You Bring
3+ years of experience as a Diesel, Heavy Equipment, or Industrial Mechanic
Solid knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems
CDL license a plus (we’ll help you earn one!)
Your own tools and a strong mechanical aptitude
Positive attitude, great work ethic, and a team‑first mindset
