Maintenance Supervisor – Oaks at Old Hickory (Old Hickory, TN)
Oaks at Old Hickory is hiring an experienced
Maintenance Supervisor
to join our team. We’re looking for a skilled professional ready to take on a hands-on role in keeping our community running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
Complete apartment repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
Respond quickly to service requests & emergencies
Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
What We’re Looking For
HVAC experience required; EPA certification required
Prior apartment/multifamily maintenance experience
Tools, reliable transportation, and on-call availability
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks
Bilingual a plus but not required
