to bridge the gap between our innovative technology and customer business needs. This role validates customer use cases, supports Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilots, and ensures smooth handovers to Customer Success. This is an execution-focused role, working closely with Sales and Technical teams to drive successful pre-sales engagements and early customer adoption. Responsibilities Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements and validate opportunities. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented solutions. Support the development of tailored use cases that demonstrate the value of Wiliot’s solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility and alignment of customer needs with Wiliot’s capabilities. Participate in the planning, deployment, and evaluation of POCs and pilots. Provide technical guidance during implementation, including onsite support when required. Work with customers to define success metrics and KPIs. Document outcomes and share lessons learned internally to improve processes. Assist Sales in building business cases that highlight ROI and tangible customer value. Provide technical insights and data points to strengthen proposals and customer presentations. Ensure a seamless handover of technical knowledge, requirements, and expectations. Partner with Customer Success teams to support smooth onboarding and customer adoption. Capture customer feedback to inform product and process improvements. Requirements Strong technical background with the ability to quickly grasp Wiliot’s sophisticated solutions. Experience with IoT, SaaS, RFID, supply chain technologies, or related fields. Ability to translate technical details into business impact. Prior experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Sales in a B2B environment. Comfortable engaging decision-makers at multiple levels (from technical teams to operations and supply chain leaders). Strong analytical skills with the ability to contribute to ROI discussions and business cases. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Technical teams. Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Seniority level
