About the Role We’re looking for a dependable Buyer / Parts Administrator to help manage spare parts and tooling inventory at our tier-one Toyota parts manufacturing facility. You’ll work with production and maintenance managers to make sure the right parts and tools are always on hand to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize spare parts, tools, and supplies inventory
Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed
Work with managers to plan upcoming parts and tooling needs
Create purchase orders and follow up with suppliers
Ensure ERP system records are accurate and up-to-date
Conduct regular inventory checks and audits
Help resolve delivery or quality issues with vendors
Support cost-saving efforts through smart purchasing
Follow all company purchasing procedures
Qualifications High school diploma required; some college a plus
Experience in purchasing, inventory, or warehouse roles (manufacturing preferred)
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills and a team player
Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred
