About The Role As a Maintenance Mechanic 3rd shift you will perform all the responsibilities assigned to lower pay grades. Can demonstrate a high level of performance with advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques and can affect complex repairs and rebuilds as a result. Support the installation and the development of maintenance functions to new or reconfigured electrical and mechanical equipment. Work with production processes to offer technical advisement or coordinates modifications. You will report to the Fabrication Supervisor and be located at Newington, NH. You will support this role 100% onsite.
Key Responsibilities
Preventative maintenance (PM) and repairs on electrical and mechanical system(s) within the plant and on production machinery.
Preventative maintenance and repairs on pneumatic controls for building systems and production machinery.
Preventative maintenance and minor repairs on plant machinery and equipment, including hydraulic systems on production machinery.
Troubleshoot, installation and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Install and debug complex CNC control systems through the use of advanced techniques and use of internal and external diagnostic equipment and software.
Requisition parts and materials.
Qualifications
2-year Certificate program or associate's degree in related fields or 10 years equivalent of Industrial Maintenance experience
Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, ladder diagrams and PLC logic.
Basic familiarity with CNC programming languages.
5 years of advanced Industrial Maintenance experience.
Background in technical troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs
Experience with Maintenance hand tools, portable power tools, protective equipment, shop equipment, machines such as power saws, drills or hydraulic presses, milling machines, lathes, band saws, pipe threading machines, ladders, scaffolding, cranes, forklifts, tractors, access platforms, hand and other lift trucks, arc and gas welding and cutting equipment, meters, testers, switches, electric outlet and junction boxes, transformers, simple metering devices such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, thermal imagery equipment, circuit tracking meters and megohmmeters, fiber optic signal transmission, load banks and thermal measurement devices
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly pay range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $30.48 to $38.52 per hour.
