We are hiring a Construction Project Manager!
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out. This includes managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, permits, materials, and on‑site operations. The Project Manager ensures each project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and work schedules.
Monitor daily field operations and address issues as they arise.
Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Issue RFIs, change orders, and manage document control.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Track and report on project progress, costs, and forecasts.
Support the closeout process, including punch list, final inspections, and handoff.
Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills (MUST HAVE)
OSHA 30 certification (or OSHA 10 minimum).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and project teams.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
Experience in commercial, residential, or underground utility projects.
Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on construction experience as a lead, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead by example and maintain a safety‑first mindset.
Ability to solve problems on the fly and maintain productivity under pressure.

Comfortable with daily reporting, documentation, and communicating with project managers, project engineers and foreman crews.
Proficiency with jobsite software, mobile apps, or digital reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam).
Work Environment
Lift up to 25 lbs.
Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Stand or walk for extended periods.
Navigate active construction sites safely.
Ability to work extended hours and weekends as project needs dictate.
Work in all weather conditions.
Combination of office and field work. Must be able to visit and inspect job sites regularly.
