Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor at The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, Arkansas. AJATC is a secure residential program for at‑risk male and female youth, located on 110 acres just outside of Little Rock, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, AJATC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff.
Our campus features residential student dormitories, on‑site school and library, vocational training program, chapel, gymnasium, medical and an outdoor recreation area.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the daily upkeep of our facility, ensuring all areas remain safe, clean, and fully operational. You’ll manage and support a small maintenance team, coordinate work orders, and handle preventative maintenance and repairs for systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. You’ll also take the lead on safety and compliance such as conducting inspections, responding to emergencies, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. This hands‑on role keeps our facility running smoothly while modeling professionalism and teamwork across departments. To be considered you should
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent; college education is preferred At least 2 years of experience supervising 5 or more employees At least 4 years of experience in the field Be at least 21 years of age Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License Schedule
