Location: Oak Ridge, TN Salary: $95,000.00 – $140,000.00
Title:
Senior Electrical Estimator – Mechanical
Responsibilities
Provide detailed estimates based on engineering and construction documents, interface with project team to complete scope and pricing.
Perform take‑offs, pricing, and prepare final estimate for management review within time deadlines.
Work closely as a team with the Project Manager, Shop Manager, Project Controls and the Client.
Prepare, present and support change order proposals and obtain final client approval.
Qualifications
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Proficient with learning and applying technical concepts.
Multi‑task and work under pressure and deadlines.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
Display diplomacy and tact in collaborating with a wide variety of colleagues, customers and suppliers.
Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Project).
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (equivalent work experience accepted).
5 years experience minimum.
Accubid/Autobid experience preferred.
