Construction Project Manager role at CBRE. Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Interface directly with clients to prepare project elements: scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budget, work plan schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through qualification processes. Conduct standard RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources to clients. Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation. Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track progress and report status and variances. Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans; implement plans to reduce or eliminate risks. Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. Mentor others and share knowledge across related job fields within the function. Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence); work to build consensus and achieve agreements. Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and related teams. What You’ll Need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future. Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with project management software required. Procore experience is beneficial. General knowledge of leases, contracts and construction practices; ability to read architectural drawings. Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality. Advanced math skills with the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. Why CBRE?
