Overview
Purina Animal Nutrition - Manufacturing Management Track (MMT) Associate at Land O'Lakes, Inc. This position is a 12-month training program for future development into Manufacturing Supervision roles (e.g., Production Supervisor, Quality Program Supervisor, or Maintenance Supervisor) within the Animal Feed Division. Trainees are assigned to one of our Feed Plant locations to assist in leading the overall activities of the selected feed plant to ensure quality products and services are provided to customers. Willingness to relocate after the training program is a requirement. Day In The Life
The MMT program is designed to explain the how, what, and why of feed manufacturing, offering learning opportunities and trainings to become successful people leaders. Trainees follow a detailed training schedule guiding them through each step of the process at the manufacturing facility. They gain hands-on knowledge of job responsibilities, equipment, and materials involved in each production process. MMTs will work to understand how production and program supervisors manage their teams, assist in meeting volume goals, maximize yields, and minimize material waste, while ensuring safety and quality standards are followed. Responsibilities
Learn all plant processes including regulatory compliance programs for safety and quality, maintenance, human resources activities, and managerial/administrative functions. Assist in leading the overall activities of the feed plant to ensure quality products and services for customers. Relocation after training may be required to another Purina plant upon successful program completion. Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in feed science, animal science, ag systems/technology management, industrial engineering, ag business, supply chain operations, agriculture, or related fields with an expected graduation date Winter 2025 or Spring 2026. Demonstrated leadership in school/academic/industry-related clubs. Willingness to relocate for the program and upon completion of the program. Professional Qualifications

Work in a manufacturing or warehouse setting with potential for varied physical activities including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing, and exposure to noise. PPE may be required.
