Pay Range: $40-$45+ per hour + Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate multiple drilling crews on remote projects.

Maintain high productivity while meeting environmental and safety standards.

Manage internal and external resources including subcontractors and suppliers.

Develop daily work plans and lookahead schedules based on project requirements.

Identify and communicate potential issues with right-of-way and site access.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate forecasting and deliverables.

Oversee equipment condition and support the office with mechanical assessments.

Track and report crew performance and production metrics.

Support training, mentoring, and professional development of crew members.

Travel requirement: 90% travel with overnight stays.

Qualifications

10 years of experience in civil construction or utility drilling supervision preferred.

Strong leadership and crew management skills.

Familiar with basic computer tools and production reporting systems.

Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standards.

Mechanical background with ability to assess and communicate equipment needs.

Ability to lead in high-pressure environments with evolving project dynamics.

Valid driver's license required; CDL and NCCCO certifications are a plus.
