NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a per de
m Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist to treat various upper‑extremity disorders—including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post‑operative fractures, and more. The ideal candidate is skilled in custom splinting and will work with our regional hand‑therapy coordinator to ensure success.

Responsibilities
Evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re‑evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high‑quality hand‑therapy services to patients and customers.
Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs.
Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients, and enhance and expand client relations with facility staff.
Stay current and up‑to‑date with occupational‑therapy research and employ evidence‑based practice (research, clinical expertise, patient perception).
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of occupational or physical therapy.
Hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy.
National registration and state licensure or registration required.
Previous, demonstrated marketing experience.
Solid experience in the application of custom splinting pre‑ and post‑operative orthopedics.
CPR certification.
Valid state driver’s license.
