Managing Director at Interlink Talent Solutions | 15+ years global experience facilitating partner and group moves for law firms Our client is at the forefront of global construction law. They are seeking a Construction Partner in New York with extensive EPC experience to provide strategic legal leadership, manage complex contracts, and support high-profile projects across energy, infrastructure, and commercial sectors worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team recognised for its deep industry knowledge and practical, results‑driven approach.

Responsibilities:

Lead client engagements on large‑scale EPC and construction projects across energy, infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Draft, negotiate, and advise on all aspects of construction contracts, including bid documents, terms and conditions, insurance, bonding, joint ventures, concessions, and licensing matters.

Provide ongoing contract administration support, including change orders, certifications, compliance, risk management, and dispute avoidance strategies.

Counsel clients on project financing, organisational structure, intellectual property, land use, environmental and safety issues, and government relations.

Manage multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated legal advice throughout the full project lifecycle—from site acquisition and design to construction, commissioning, and dispute resolution.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience with EPC contracts, preferably with a strong track record on complex international and domestic construction projects.

Admitted to practice in New York.

Proven ability to manage and advise on high-value construction projects across multiple sectors, including energy, transportation, and commercial development.

Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management skills.

Knowledge of construction industry norms, regulatory requirements, and international project delivery practices.

Work on high‑profile, complex projects across multiple sectors, both in the U.S. and internationally.
