Pay Range Interlink Talent Solutions provided pay range: $500,000.00/yr – $1,000,000.00/yr (Base pay range)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage project finance transactions across diverse energy and infrastructure sectors.

Structure and negotiate complex financings, including loans, leasing, debt capital markets, and derivatives.

Represent borrowers, sponsors, lenders, underwriters, insurance companies, credit enhancers, and other financing participants in multi‑party and multi‑tranche transactions.

Draft and negotiate key project agreements, including EPC, fuel supply, LNG, O&M, and power contracts.

Mentor and collaborate with a global network of project finance lawyers, ensuring high‑quality, innovative, and commercially effective legal solutions.

Qualifications

Admission to practice law in the United States; admission in additional jurisdictions a plus.

Significant experience in project finance and project development transactions across multiple energy and infrastructure sectors.

Proven track record in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex financings and project agreements.

Experience working with multilateral development organisations, export credit agencies, and government‑owned financing entities is highly desirable.

Demonstrated leadership, client management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across a global legal team.
