Job Description
Managing and maintaining testing systems, including replacing PC components, diagnosing hardware issues, and assembling new systems for the debug farm.
Executing core-level test plans using test automation and coverage tools to model and track results.
Reproducing, troubleshooting, and triaging hardware and software defects effectively.
Isolating issues by running experiments across the debug farm and collecting relevant data for analysis.
Prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent projects and testing tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in hardware testing and validation.
Strong background in computer hardware, software, and PC architecture.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems; Linux experience is a plus.
Proficiency in troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues.
Experience with BIOS flashing, motherboard architecture, and hardware diagnostics.
