We are looking for a Field Services Engineer (Concrete) to provide technical support for cement process systems and equipment. The role involves on-site visits, troubleshooting, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and support for capital projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cement process systems and equipment.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize plant performance and reliability.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process issues.

Support capital projects through technical input and commissioning assistance.

Develop and deliver training and documentation for operational best practices.

Strong understanding of cement and concrete manufacturing processes and related technologies.

Demonstrated ability to analyze data and solve complex technical problems.

Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.

Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Work Environment This role involves a mix of office and field work, including travel to plant sites. You’ll work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams in a fast‑paced, solutions‑driven environment.
