Job Overview Kiewit Industrial Group is looking for a MEP Project Manager to lead various projects over $500 million for vertical buildings in the Advanced Technology Facilities (ATF) markets of semiconductor, data center, and battery manufacturing facilities. Duties will include leading a team of estimators, participating in and implementing win strategies, preparing conceptual estimates, presenting estimates to executive management and clients, reading and interpreting documents, soliciting subcontractors, analyzing drawings and specifications, providing lowest cost design options, value management, reviewing and assisting with proposals, and other duties as required. Responsibilities Provide guidance to estimators and engineers in the development phase of a collaborative contract model. Participate in task force meetings with designers and engineers and bring constructability to the project solution. Develop the logic behind the project schedule and communicate and present details to executive management, permitting agencies, stakeholders, and owners. Analyze drawings and specifications to evaluate risks and opportunities and engage with engineers to ensure design process is on schedule. Review and assist with proposals and support the selection of key subcontractors and trade partners for the project. Qualifications Undergraduate or graduate degree in construction management, construction engineering, or other engineering/technical disciplines and at least 8 years of Project Management experience. Ability to generate conceptual estimates for the Advance Technology Facilities Construction market. Ability to lead estimates and multiple matrixed teams of engineers, project controls/schedulers assigned to your project. Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time with strong focus on quality, safety, and innovation. Other Requirements Regular, reliable attendance.
