Salary range: The anticipated salary range for this role is $25.66 to $38.46 / hour. This range reflects a good faith estimate based on the targeted level for the role and typical compensation benchmarks across U.S. locations. Actual compensation may vary depending on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographical location, and internal alignment.
Summary The Quality Assurance Administrator is responsible for assisting Quality Management, Quality Engineering, and Inspection. The Quality Assurance Administrator will maintain databases and logs used by the quality department. The role assists the department by preparing stamp logs, calibration/certification logs, supplier approved lists and survey records, non-conformance and corrective action documents, tooling/equipment records, and will store/scan all records noted above.

Maintain calibration logs and records.
Buy of Certificate of Conformances
Document management
Training scheduling and records
Quality Management System updates
Auditing, auditing schedules, and audit coordination
Records management
Corrective Action/Preventive Action tracking and scheduling
Completed product documentation retention and storage
QA procurement
IUID management
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in aerospace quality administration or related roles.
Knowledge of aerospace quality standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

The role may require occasional activities such as walking, climbing, stooping, crouching, and bending. Vision is necessary for reading printed materials and a computer screen, while hearing and speech are essential for effective communication both in person and over the telephone. The position may necessitate travel by air or automobile. Employees may be required to use personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, safety shoes, and shop coats, to ensure safety in the production environment. Employees may be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
