FORVIA HELLA is seeking a talented Sales Strategy Manager to join our team. The main responsibilities include managing a broad scope of commercial and program activities. This role acts as a key interface between our customers and internal cross-functional teams, driving global coordination, strategic planning, and execution to ensure customer satisfaction and business performance within the Americus region. Support the development and execution of regional customer strategies aligned with global directives. Ensure transparency and alignment between regional and global teams for consistent customer messaging and strategy execution, including pricing and change management. Coordinate major commercial initiatives, such as price negotiations and contract renewals, with sales leadership. Collaborate with project management, logistics, engineering, and finance teams to meet customer expectations while overseeing programs. Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships at various levels and escalate potential risks or issues to sales leadership with proposed solutions. Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, or commercial roles within the automotive industry. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage complexity and coordinate across global, cross-functional teams. Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. Native-level Japanese language skills are required. Why Choose FORVIA HELLA?
