Child Nutrition Program Assistant
- Position(s) may become available for 2023-2024 Classified - Position - Child Nutrition - Cafeteria Assistant Job Number: 2300261760 Open Date: 04/03/2023 Closing Date: TBD May be more than one position available Assignment days TBD (may be 182 or 184); effective dates TBD Assignment hours vary with location placement Job Description on file; all aspects of food service including money handling, food safety, prep, cooking, serving, clean up, inventory, unloading deliveries, etc. System-wide employee; May be assigned to one or multiple schools as needed Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required; must provide documentation Quantity cookery or school food service experience preferred Preferred candidate will have prior experience in Child Nutrition Programs with positive recommendations from manager/director. Reports To: Cafeteria Manager/CNP Director Salary Range: Calculated per Salary Schedule available at MSCS website under Employment Resources Additional Job Information: Daily substitutes and leave positions are filled through Kelley Staffing. Job is physically demanding; requires bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time.
