Job Description:
This position is responsible for all duties associated with the shipping of orders to customers and performing a wide variety of parts processing operations. Under general supervision and direction where a definite objective is set up requiring the use of some standard work procedures. Employee plans and arranges own work and work of lower-level parts processors referring some questionable issues to the supervisor. Will at times be required to serve in the capacity as the Team Coordinator and Shipping Clerk/Receiving Clerk. Perform tasks as directed by the Supervisor Direct Work Load Management to the Team Will at times be required to serve in the capacity of Team Coordinator and Shipping Clerk/Receiving Clerk Assist in auditing of parts that were picked Accurately and efficiently pick customer and production orders Prepare customer orders for stocking or shipment Accurately count inventory in location Record inventory transactions into computer system Obtain an in-depth knowledge and ownership of assigned customers React promptly and effectively to basic customer inquiries, questions or complaints regarding ITW shipments (phone and email) in a professional and timely manner Locate/upload/email specific customer documents upon request Schedule required pickups via email, customer/carrier portals and websites Provide accurate, valid, detailed, and timely communication with assigned customers, carriers, shipping team and other members of the customer service team Keeps work area in order and readily participates in housekeeping duties Supports and maintains a safe workplace, including observing all safety rules Order supplies (indirect and or direct) All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Accredited High School diploma or GED 5+ years’ experience in a warehouse environment with parts Receiving parts (stock and non-stock) Shipping parts (Domestic and International) Good interpersonal skills with emphasis on ability to work in a team environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to be flexible in working overtime, different shifts and weekend

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to push, pull, lift, bend, reach, stoop, kneel and stand the majority of a full shift. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 65 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
