What You’ll Do:
As a Project Manager in our Water Business Group, you’ll oversee projects from small-scale planning efforts to large, multi-disciplinary design projects. This role suits someone who manages details, builds client relationships, and leads technical teams. Key Responsibilities:
Manage small to large-scale engineering projects. Coordinate work across teams for seamless project execution. Build and maintain client relationships, participate in marketing and negotiations. Lead meetings, workshops, and technical discussions. Interface with agencies during reviews and permitting. Conduct work sessions on design and documentation. Monitor budgets and resources to ensure timely, within-scope delivery. Provide project status updates and financial reviews. Perform technical analyses and prepare reports. Mentor junior engineers, focusing on water/wastewater skills. Support firm initiatives and additional responsibilities as needed. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Engineering. 7 years related experience. At least 2 years project management experience. PE or P.Eng license. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; Access a plus. Leadership skills. Active participation in our employee-owned culture. Our Values and Benefits:
