Maintenance Lead
to work at our facility in Muscatine, IA. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality oriented and be willing to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced work environment. This is a place for you to create your career and make a difference! Responsibilities & Duties: Troubleshooting. Prioritize PM and AM activities with the weekly schedule. Understand principle-centered coaching leadership and humble questioning. Coaching and qualifying aspects of AM and PM activities with employees within the process. Organize and execute duties as directed by the owner of the process. Actively participate in team goal setting/implementation to ensure that we are a low-cost, high-quality producer. Ensure quality of our products and workplace by following all procedures and guidelines. Comply with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, housekeeping responsibilities, and QRMP operating procedures. Flexibility to adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required. Work overtime as necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned. Other Requirements: Frequent standing & walking required. Computer skills, typing skills, and ability to manipulate data using spreadsheets. Certified in LOTO. Work as a team member to solve problems. High School Diploma/GED required.
