Responsibilities & Duties
Trouble shooting
Prioritize PM and AM activities with the weekly schedule
Understands principle centered coaching leadership and humble questioning
Coaching and qualifying aspects of AM and PM activities with employees within the process
Organize and execute duties as directed by the owner of the process
Actively participate in team goal setting/implementation to ensure that we are a low cost, high quality producer
Ensure quality of our products and workplace by following all procedures and guidelines.
Comply with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, Housekeeping responsibilities and QRMP operating procedures
Flexibility to adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required
Works overtime as necessary
Performs other related duties as assigned
Other Requirements
Frequent standing & walking required
Computer skills, typing skills, and ability to manipulate data using spreadsheets
Certified in LOTO
Work as a team member to solve problems
High School Diploma/GED required
Technical schooling/training preferred
