Position Summary Abbott’s Frozen Custard, Inc. is seeking a

creative, organized, and community‑driven Marketing Coordinator

to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen the Abbott’s brand, engage our communities, and drive customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on creative thinker with a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sharing our story both online and in person.

Key Responsibilities Creative & Graphic Design

Design engaging marketing materials including digital ads, in‑store signage, email campaigns, packaging elements, and promotional collateral.

Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and communication channels.

Collaborate with franchise locations to provide creative support for local marketing needs.

Social Media & Content Creation

Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

Capture and edit photos and videos to showcase products, stores, and community events.

Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content performance and audience engagement.

Community Engagement

Coordinate and promote local events, sponsorships, and community partnerships that align with Abbott’s brand values.

Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive relationships with customers, local organizations, and media outlets.

Support store‑level teams in executing community‑based marketing initiatives.

Marketing Coordination

Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns and product launches.

Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Track and report on marketing performance metrics, helping identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or social media management.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva.

Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.

Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later).

Photography and basic video editing experience preferred.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Passion for community engagement, creativity, and—of course—frozen custard!
