Sales Operations & Business Development Manager
Rhino Staging is a company specializing in providing staging and rigging crews to the live event industry. Our mission is to enable successful events by providing safe, courteous, professional technical support from load‑in through load‑out. The Sales Operations & Business Development Manager is responsible for supporting sales and business growth while contributing to the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of the sales process. This role combines supporting Sales and Sales Operations.
The person in this role will be responsible for managing selected Sales client(s), optimizing tools and workflows, analyzing performance and supporting a Sales strategy that aligns with company goals.
This role is primarily remote, with office hours at our corporate office in Tempe, AZ to collaborate with team members as needed. Travel will be required as determined by leadership for client presentations, industry events, etc.

Key Responsibilities Business Development
Support Sales efforts to achieve growth in targeted markets
Develop & execute Sales strategies to expand market presence and drive new business
Build & maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts
Partner with marketing and product teams to align strategies
Sales Operations
Oversee CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and adoption across the Sales team
Create sales forecasts, pipelines and dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights
Develop and refine sales processes and best practices to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles
Collaborate across all companies to ensure full realization of all opportunities
Analysis & Reporting
Track pipeline, national opportunities and regional cross‑over
Support analysis of, and identify opportunities for process improvements
Report regularly on Sales team productivity, opportunities and overall pipeline performance
Core Skills & Competencies
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Entertainment Industry experience preferred
Understanding of sales processes and development strategies
Experience collaborating & interacting with multiple inter‑company departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations)
Proficiency in Salesforce
Excellent communication and strong relationship‑building skills
Comfortable representing the company in client presentations, industry events and partnerships
Equally comfortable working in a team (office) environment or independently (remote)
This is a full‑time, exempt position.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job‑related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
