We offer consulting and transformation services, technology road mapping, film/video/photo capture/post production, and globally delivered, tech‑powered managed services around content capture, creation and production. Responsibilities

Your daily work will balance client delivery (80%) and consulting/BD support (20%). As a manager, you will act as a critical strategic advisor, leading the development and execution of highly strategic, innovative, and tailored client solutions. Provide client-facing service across multiple capabilities and geographies. Serve as a natural problem solver and resourceful research partner. Stay curious and continuously learn about evolving technology, tools, and next‑gen marketing best practices. Apply sound judgment independently within tight timelines. Deliver outstanding attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Communicate effectively, forging trusting relationships within a diverse team. Build a strong internal network to tap into our full range of capabilities for customized client solutions. Support business development, RFP responses and new business opportunities. Contribute to POVs and thought leadership. Engage regularly with internal Client Account teams to drive opportunities toward sale and execution. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience providing solution guidance for Content Management Systems or Digital Asset Management. Minimum 2 years of client‑facing experience in a consulting firm or digital agency. Deep background and fluency in Generative AI tools, with the ability to differentiate between options and apply the right solution. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation and Benefits
