The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills. This is a traveling/on-site role. Responsibilities

Manage all project documentation Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines Assist with estimation and bidding process Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders Qualifications

MUST BE OPEN TO NATIONWIDE TRAVEL 2+ years of experience in Commercial Construction Experience building electrical co-op buildings highly preferred, but not required.

(A Co-Op is: a large building that might have an electric company inside of it -- in rural eras, they don\'t have HUGE electric providers, they are smaller called \"cooperatives.\" ). Typically they are 1-story buildings; 1 part office space and 1 part vehicle storage space - steel structures. Commercial construction experience - ground up - $10M+ Seniority level
