Annual Bonus A Wealth Management Firm is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as an Addepar Reporting Analyst in their New York City office. Responsibilities: Build and maintain client portfolios and account attributes in Addepar. Prepare customized client reports including performance, asset allocation, and cash flow analysis. Reconcile custodial data feeds and ensure data integrity across all asset classes. Process and maintain alternative investment data within Addepar. Perform regular audits and resolve data discrepancies. Collaborate with portfolio managers and client service teams to support reporting needs. Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in investment reporting or financial analysis, ideally within a wealth management or family office setting. Hands-on experience with Addepar is required. Strong Excel skills; SQL or Python is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Reference No. 60629 Seniority level
