Toyota North America The primary responsibility of this role is to inspect and confirm new or modified equipment and to prepare that equipment for manufacturing production. Responsibilities
Inspect and confirm new or modified equipment and prepare that equipment for manufacturing production. On-site robot programming and interlocking Confirm that the new model equipment meets set standards and performs as intended. Prepare and confirm new Body Weld equipment at the vendors Support weld machine Seibi activity at North American Manufacturing Companies from installation to start of production Develop equipment countermeasures during set up/trials Engage in travel to U.S., Canada and/or Mexico NAMCs and suppliers, as well as foreign travel including Japan, Canada, Mexico. Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays. Required Skills
Degree in Industrial Maintenance related field 1+ years of Toyota PE Seibi experience 3+ years of Automotive experience Experience with mentoring and/or technical training Preferred Qualifications
Strong robots and PLC experience Strong troubleshooting skills set Hands-on experience required Industrial maintenance background (Factory and industry setting) Safety mind-set - Must HAVE Kawasaki and Nachi (preferred) PLC OMRON, Toyopuc (Highlighted skill) Work Authorization :
Green Card, US Citizen Preferred years of experience :
