Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Non-negotiable requirements for this position:
Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts during the first year on a modified DuPont schedule, with half of the technicians working days and the other half working rotating shifts. Flexibility to work both schedules is required.
Must be Multi-Craft, skilled in Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronics.
Must have at least 5 years of experience or 3 years of experience combined with an Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance.

Allen Bradley PLC
Familiarity with
480 Volt 3-Phase Motors
Knowledge of
Hydraulics and Pneumatics
Responsibilities:
Maintain a focus on safety and comply with all relevant regulations.
Collaborate with the engineering team to install, test, and release equipment.
Accurately record activities in a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Perform maintenance on equipment for industrial production, processing, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyors.
Work with various PLCs and handle networking/communication tasks, including EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet.
Troubleshoot AC Drives, Motors, Encoders, and Resolvers.
Calibrate devices and loops for flow, level, pressure, and temperature.
Demonstrate proficiency in bearings, conveying systems, gearboxes, and equipment repairs and rebuilds.
Understand automation and distributed control system architectures within manufacturing and processing systems.
Handle hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and rotating equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, and test results.
Inspect parts for wear or damage and test machinery during operations.
Utilize hoists, lifts, grinders, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and testing tools as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
