Hours and Compensation
Full-Time, 40 hours weekly Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm Ability to work weekends, evenings and being available on call for after hour emergencies $22.65 - $27.00/hour This position may be eligible for a shift differential depending upon schedule. Job Description
Performs general maintenance duties as it relates to troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of residential/commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment and routine building upkeep and repairs. Responsibilities also include general maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarm. Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor. Utilizes maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion, issue resolutions. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalency required. Valid Drivers License required. Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance required. CFC certification or ability to obtain within initial 90-days of hire. Additional Information
