Overview
Asbury Methodist Village is a part of Asbury Communities, Inc. This full-time Maintenance Technician role supports general maintenance duties related to troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment and routine building upkeep. Responsibilities also include maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarm systems. Respond to residential work orders as directed by the lead technician/supervisor. Maintain documentation in the maintenance management system as needed. Hours And Compensation
Full-Time, 40 hours weekly Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm or Tuesday - Saturday 3:30pm-12am Ability to work weekends, evenings and be available on call for after hour emergencies $22.65 - $27.00/hour This position may be eligible for a shift differential depending upon schedule. Responsibilities
Performs general maintenance duties as it relates to troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of residential/commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment and routine building upkeep and repairs. Responsibilities also include general maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarm. Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor. Utilizes maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion, issue resolutions. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalency required. Valid Driver's License required. Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance required. CFC certification or ability to obtain within initial 90-days of hire. Additional Information
