Job Description Your Impact As a Product Strategist for the SiaX‑Creative team you’ll own the product vision across a range of client engagements—shaping high‑performing web experiences from discovery through launch and iteration. You’ll guide clients through strategic audits, define the optimal user journey, and partner with cross‑functional teams to bring conversion‑focused, content‑aligned digital experiences to life. You’ll ensure client sites not only look great—they work hard, deliver results, and evolve with data. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an agency environment, understands the full product lifecycle (without being a developer or designer), and knows how to translate complexity into clear, actionable plans.
What You’ll Do
Lead product strategy across multiple client websites and digital experiences—from UX audits to post‑launch optimization.
Define product roadmaps rooted in client goals, user insights, and business KPIs.
Audit site content, UX, and architecture to identify friction points, map user flows, and shape the content strategy that supports conversion.
Collaborate with design teams to guide wireframes and page structure that align with site goals and user journey experiences.
Partner with developers to ensure execution follows the product strategy—translating technical requirements for clients and business needs for dev teams.
Define and prioritize A/B testing plans to inform future improvements and validate changes with data.
Support paid media success by identifying how website adjustments can improve campaign performance and conversion.
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies, including thoughtful application of AI or automation to improve functionality and UX.
Act as a translator and problem‑solver across clients, creative, engineering, and marketing—ensuring everyone stays aligned and informed.

Qualifications
6–8 years of experience as a product strategist, growth strategist, or product manager within a digital agency, marketing consultancy, or e‑commerce/tech environment.
Experience leading product strategy across multiple clients and site builds.
Deep understanding of UX principles, content strategy, and web architecture.
Familiarity with front‑ and back‑end development concepts to effectively guide execution (without being hands‑on code).
Strong in analytics, technical SEO, privacy frameworks, and performance optimization.
Skilled at translating between client needs and dev realities—with strong communication chops on both sides.
Proven ability to manage timelines, prioritize tradeoffs, and maintain momentum.
Experience using A/B testing and data to inform recommendations and drive results.
Comfort with ambiguity—you know how to chart a path forward, even when client goals are evolving.
Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and unblocking work.
Bachelor’s degree required.
