Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial environment. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime. Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to support overall facility operations. Document all maintenance and repair work performed, maintaining accurate records. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to improve efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing electrical work. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred. Valid electrician's license or certification in the state of Kentucky. Proven experience as an industrial electrician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed. You should be proficient in: Electrical Schematics Electrical Troubleshooting Skills 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems Electrical Systems Diagnostics & Repair Electrical Installation Electrical Troubleshooting Electrical Repair Electrical / Electronic Systems Salary info: $38 - $42 / hr
