Base pay range

A highly regarded New York construction and restoration firm is seeking a Project Manager with strong roofing experience to lead major projects across the city. The company has built a reputation for delivering excellence in roofing, façade restoration, waterproofing, and structural upgrades. With a robust pipeline of commercial and residential projects, this is an exciting opportunity to join a firm known for quality, stability, and long-term growth. Responsibilities: Lead roofing projects from planning through completion. Manage budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations. Maintain proactive communication with clients and consultants. Drive delivery of projects on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality. Qualifications: 5+ years’ proven experience managing commercial and/or residential roofing projects in the New York City area Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems, construction documents, and project scheduling. Ability to oversee subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship specific to roofing.
