Analyze data and write summaries to validate standards or identify deviations Recommend modifications or new standards, methods, and procedures Work under direct supervision, handling basic issues and referring complex ones Apply basic knowledge and tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers) Perform additional duties as assigned Perform basic QC tasks: Conduct product, process, and Quality Management System audits Process reject materials in MasterControl Inspect products for conformance Initiate nonconformance reports and revisions for QMS documentation Conduct sample inspections and gas sampling OR perform Mechanical Testing: Prepare samples, perform tensile and impact tests Conduct base metal and bend tests Assist in welder qualification tests Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…
