Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource needs to ensure successful project delivery Coordinate meetings, project activities, and communications to ensure tasks are completed within established deadlines Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed Develop and maintain standard project management documentation Facilitate clear and effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and campus groups Duties/Responsibilities: Business Process Management

Oversee and optimize existing business processes within the Office of Institutional Research Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with team members to document and communicate standardized procedures Identify and monitor office performance indicators and make recommendations for process enhancements Support intra- and extra-office communication, including office meeting planning and OIR website maintenance Represent the office in organizational groups as appropriate Duties/Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent Preferred Qualifications

CAPM/PMP preferred. CAPM or PMP required within 6 months of employment date. Position Summary

The UGA Office of Institutional Research seeks a motivated and highly organized Project Manager to support internal and institution-wide projects and business processes. The Project Manager will apply industry-standard project management principles to ensure successful delivery of projects and efficient management of ongoing processes. Duties include planning, implementing, monitoring, documenting, and communicating projects and processes for the office. This position requires a track record of project management and exemplary collaboration and communication skills. The Project Manager will join a dynamic team of analysts and data scientists in OIR and will interact with colleagues across the UGA campus. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Competencies
