Project Management Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource needs to ensure successful project delivery Coordinate meetings, project activities, and communications to ensure tasks are completed within established deadlines Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed Develop and maintain standard project management documentation Facilitate clear and effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and campus groups Percentage of time: 45 Duties/Responsibilities: Business Process Management Oversee and optimize existing business processes within the Office of Institutional Research Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with team members to document and communicate standardized procedures Identify and monitor office performance indicators and make recommendations for process enhancements Support intra and extra-office communication, including office meeting planning and OIR website maintenance Represent the office in organizational groups as appropriate Percentage of time: 45 Duties/Responsibilities: Other related duties as assigned.
