The Product Manager is a cornerstone of our product success, responsible for shaping and implementing Onbe's Client and Partner product strategies, enabling teams, and delivering maximum value to our customers. You will set product vision, guide products from ideation to implementation, and manage the portfolio through its lifecycle. You will listen to the market, develop compelling business cases, articulate and vet requirements with stakeholders, work closely with engineering, and ensure successful launches while providing ongoing support to internal teams, beta clients, and sales/account executives.

This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 2 days per week at our Conshohocken, PA location. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Client and Partner offerings.

Drive innovation by conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.

Gather requirements from customers and stakeholders and define initiative phases that balance value and speed to market.

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, business priorities, and technical feasibility.

Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to executives, engineering, sales/marketing, and customer support teams.

Champion a user-centric approach to product design, collaborating with UX/UI designers to create intuitive experiences.

Define KPIs and use data-driven insights to measure product performance, identify improvements, and optimize features.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, staying informed about changes in financial regulations.

Lead go-to-market and operational readiness activities, ensuring products can be priced, promoted, implemented, and operated smoothly.

Recommend, negotiate, and manage supply chain partner agreements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in payments or fintech.

Experience with B2B2C and multi-step distribution channels preferred.

Proven track record of launching and managing digital products or services.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in an agile development environment and familiarity with agile methodologies.

Knowledge of fintech trends, integration partners, and regulatory landscape is highly desirable.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position is $125,000–$135,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on qualifications, experience, and other factors.
