FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Crothall Healthcare . We are hiring immediately for full‑time floor technician positions at the UVA CH Prince William Medical Center located at 8700 Sudley Road, Manassas, VA 20110. Online applications only.
Schedule: Full‑time, days may vary, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, rotating weekends. Pay range: $17.50–$19.50 per hour.
Job Summary Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.
Essential Functions
Maintains knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and uses proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types, including carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
