FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Crothall Healthcare Location: Nemours Children's Hospital - 1600 Rockland Road, Wilmington, DE 19803. Online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time Monday through Friday, rotating weekends and holidays; 3:00pm–11:30pm or 11:00pm–7:30am. Pay Range: $17.50 to $19.00 per hour. Requirement: Must have prior floor care experience. Responsibilities
Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures on hard floors, including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas Perform carpet and upholstery procedures including shampooing, damp cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc. Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types Other duties as assigned by manager Qualifications
Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs Benefits
